At Restaurant Jade, located in the heart of Copenhagen right next to Tivoli and the Glyptotek, we are building a team that combines passion, energy, and genuine hospitality. To support our growth, we’re now looking for a dedicated Floor Manager who wants to play a key role in shaping both our guest experience and our team culture.

About You

• You have a natural flair for leadership and a true passion for service and guests.
• You may already have leadership experience in the hospitality industry – or you’re ready to take the next step in your career.
• You thrive in a young, dynamic environment with lots of energy.
• You are motivated by developing and training your colleagues.
• You are competitive and thrive on being measured against KPIs and performance goals.
• You are detail-oriented and able to follow procedures and standards, while also thinking outside the box.
• You take pride in delivering warm and professional hospitality.
• You are flexible and available to work evenings and weekends.
• An interest in wine is considered a plus.
